Building across education, student accommodation and business automation has taught me that a product is never just the interface. It is the people, decisions, hand-offs and follow-up behind the screen.
That is why I move comfortably between product thinking, operations and growth. I like finding the constraint, giving the process structure, and building the useful layer that helps the whole system move.
